I've lost everything
Grandma and my dignity
All because of him
Because "NO" was a word too complex
Now I can't touch anyone
I tremble at just the thought
I stay awake to watch the shadows dance
Too frightened to shut my eyes
It's a dark dark place I'm in
My eyes constantly closed it seems
I know they all want to help
But hitting the buzzer to let them in is such a task
I want so much to kill him
Strangle him and watch the life drain out
The light in his eyes would go dim
And then it'll be just me
